Refunds and Exchanges

We are unable to honor refunds or exchanges on custom bling items as they are customized with you in mind and /or to your specifications. For custom non-bling items, we do provide a mock up with detailed specifications to your approval prior to production to ensure it’s just what you requested.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, THE Bling Feen ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. Territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, THE Bling Feen ships merchandise to Canada but not to other international locations. The risk of loss or damage for all merchandise ordered on the website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We ship via UPS and USPS.

Pick up Option

If you select the pickup option, you will receive an email when your order is ready. You will need to pick up your order at our Riverdale, GA location unless otherwise negotiated.

Delivery Option

THE Bling Feen will arrange delivery for special circumstances. Delivery convenience fee will apply.
